We aim to have all the products in stock and ready for immediate shipping, however if your order is out of stock we will contact you immediately with an expected delivery date dependent on the carrier, you might be presented with an additional delivery features including a delivery window slot and follow my parcel tracking so you will know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Please note: All orders will have an automatic tracking number. Orders can only be handed over to the name on the order unless permission is given to deliver to an alternative person/shipping address given via email.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods including sale and Christmas time, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally external factors will mean that these delivery services are interrupted or are no longer available, or that the order cut off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

We offer Free Delivery on all order over £70.00 so the price you see online is the price that you pay no hidden charges. Other sites may add additional costs as you proceed to the online checkout.

Currently we are offering Express Delivery usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, we are not offering next day delivery on any products. 

Orders shipped via Post will be shipped by Standard Post and Normal Post transit times apply i.e. usually 2-3 days from dispatch within Northern Ireland and the UK.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM STORE?

Once you order is ready for collection we will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready. Opening hours for the store can be found on our website.

ID requirements

When collecting your order please make sure you take your order confirmation email with you, along with the card you used for payment.

If you paid with PayPal you will need to take both the confirmation email you received from them, along with a copy of the order confirmation email.

You will also always need to bring a verification of your ID:

a valid passport OR Drivers Licence; AND

a utility bill/statement dated within the last  3 months (including the corresponding address).

If someone else is collecting your order, they will still need to present your order confirmation email along with a form of ID (passport or driver’s license) AND a utility bill/statement showing your name and address.
